Applied psychrometrics for high-usage freezers.
Author(s) : SMITH G. R.
Summary
The earlier freezers have evolved in large part into distribution-type freezers with high-usage doorways and, because of a corresponding increase in moist-air infiltration, the consequences of latent heat gain are now often found to be major, and a full return to the principles of applied psychrometrics is needed by the industry.
