The ability of A. hydrophila and A. sobria species to produce several types of virulent agent in drinking water, fish, shellfish, meat, poultry and fresh food is investigated as well as the influence of temperature, atmosphere, pH and sodium chloride on the growth of these pathogenic bacteria.
