Summary

THE PRESENCE OF INTERSTITIAL HYDROGEN IN THE A15 STRUCTURE OF NIOBIUM3 -TIN AFFECTS ITS SUPERCONDUCTING PROPERTIES. THE AUTHORS REPORT THE EFFECT OF THE ADDITION OF HYDROGEN ON THE SUPERCONDUCTING PERFORMANCE OF A NIOBIUM3 -TIN MULTIFILAMENTARY WIRE. THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY AND SPECIFIC HEAT ARE ALSO DETERMINED IN ORDER TO INVESTIGATE THE EFFECT OF THE DOPING ON THE STABILITY OF THE WIRE.
