The system is composed of centrifugal-type brine chiller and cooling tower, circulation pumps, heat exchangers for producing supercooled water, sherbet ice releasing vessels, sherbet ice transfer pipe, and ice storage tank, complete with ice spouting nozzles and ice dissolving nozzles. The author introduces a brief scheme of the system, an installation example, and operation result.
