IT IS SUGGESTED THAT RESEARCH SHOULD BE INITIATED TORE-EVALUATE THE USE OF AMMONIA AS A REFRIGERANT, BEARING IN MIND ITS OZONE FRIENDLY CHARACTER. WITH MODERN PLANT AND EQUIPMENT, SOME OF THE HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH AMMONIA IN URBAN AREAS MAY HAVE DECREASED. OTHER SAFETY ASPECTS MAY ALSO NEED RE-EXAMINING. D.W.H.
