Summary
In another move to improve the quality of perishable products and service in an expanding chain of upmarket stores, SPAR has centralised the distribution of temperature sensitive perishables to their 89 supermarkets in the Western Cape region. The new state of the art distribution centre was erected on the site adjacent to the existing dry goods distribution centre.
