Summary

THE RESULTS OF TESTS ON FREEZING AND LONG-TERM STORAGE OF 23 VARIETIES OF GRAPE AND OF 8 VARIETIES OF WOOD STRAWBERRY ARE GIVEN. BY ORGANOLEPTIC EVALUATION, IT WAS SHOWN THAT THE MAIN CHANGES IN QUALITY OCCUR DURING FREEZING. A QUICK METHOD IS PROPOSED FOR DETERMINING FREEZING PROPERTIES AND LONG-TERM STORAGE OF THIS FRUIT.
