Summary
Strawberries cv Addie were stored at 2 deg C for 0, 3, 7 and 11 days plus one day at 20 deg C. Data showed that strawberries could be successfully stored at 2 deg C for 3 days plus one day at 20 deg C without significant qualitative decay of fruits occurring.
