IN ORDER TO STUDY THE AUTOLYSIS LEVEL OF KRILL (EUPHAUSIA SUPERBA) AFTER THAWING, NITROGEN SOLUBLE IN TRICHLORO-ACETIC ACID WAS TITRATED AND THE CHANGES IN THE ELECTROPHORETIC PROFILE OF PROTEINS WERE OBSERVED.
