CHARACTERISTICS OF WATER-LITHIUM BROMIDE ABSORPTION HEAT PUMP FOR THE TEMPERATURE CHANGE OF EXTERNAL FLUIDS.

Author(s) : FURUKAWA T., SONODA T.

Summary

WATER-LITHIUM BROMIDE ABSORPTION HEAT PUMPS WERE USED TO RECOVERINDUSTRIAL RESIDUAL HEAT TO HEAT BUILDINGS. THE TEMPERATURES OF THE EXTERNAL FLUIDS, SUCH AS UTILISABLE HEAT, RESIDUAL HEAT, OR THE TEMPERATURE OF THE COOLING LIQUID, CHANGE WITH THE CONDITION OF USAGE THUS CAUSING CHANGES IN THE PERFORMANCE OF HEAT PUMPS. THE AUTHORS ESTABLISHED AN EQUATION FOR HEAT EXCHANGERS AND AN EQUATION FOR CHARACTERISTICS IN TERMS OF THE TEMPERATURE OF EXTERNAL FLUIDS. THIS THEORY IS BASED ON TEST DATA OBTAINED FROM A WATER-LITHIUM BROMIDE ABSORPTION HEAT PUMP.
