Summary
Fruits of 3 cherry tomato hybrids were harvested when starting to change colour or when red, then stored in plastic baskets with the top or the whole basket covered with PVC film. Fruit quality was evaluated 0, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after harvest, measuring colour, firmness, soluble solids, dry matter, titratable acidity, weight loss and accumulated storage index.
