Chiller owners face shortfall of CFC stocks.

Summary
The replacement market for buildings with chillers is certainly ripe. Nearly one-third of these structures were built before 1960, and more than half of them are more than 25 years old. Absorption units, although starting at a much lower base, have shown strong gains in the past two years, and are expected to continue that path, ultimately reaching the 1,000-unit level common in the early 1970's.
