Summary
These "highlights", drawn from the full-scale study, were specially designed for delegations and observers at the 13th Conference of the Parties to the Climate Change Convention (COP-13) in conjunction with the third Meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (COP/MOP3) in Bali, held in December 2007. The data are designed to assist in understanding the evolution of the emissions of CO2 from 1971 to 2005 for countries and regions by sector and by fuel. Extract from the table of contents: the energy - climate challenge; IEA emissions estimates; indicators; geographical coverage; summary tables (the titles of these tables are given both in English and in French); global world total.
