Summary
The booklet, published by the environmental ministry of the New Zealand government in Wellington reviews all the potential means for reducing CFC emissions in the atmosphere. All the components of refrigerating plants are listed, together with the properties that are required of them. Handling of refrigerants, leaks, charges, draining, etc are described. The main substitutes are outlined along with the required training of personnel.
