Summary
This revised edition of the Codex Alimentarius (see IIR Bulletin 96-5, abstract 96-3209) contains all the recommendations adopted by the Codex Alimentarius Commission, as well as the texts adopted by the Commission at its 21th session, held in July 1995. Extract from the table of contents: cereals, dried vegetables and legumes (wheat flour, corn, pearl millet in grains and in flour, dried vegetables, sorghum in grains and flour), vegetable proteins (wheat gluten, vegetable protein matter and soja matter); derivatives (edible manioc flour).
