Summary

Volume 5B of the Codex Alimentarius contains all the Codex standards on tropical fresh fruits and vegetables adopted to date by the Codex Alimentarius Commission. These are the first standards to be adopted in a series of standards, codes of practice and other recommendations being elaborated by the Codex Committee. This volume also contains lists of standards, codes of practice and other recommendations adopted by the Codex Alimentarium Commission.
