Summary
The capacity, volumetric capacity and the COP of R410A and R407C were compared to R22 in a refrigerating test rig. The results show that R410A and R407C are suitable replacements for R22. Due to the higher volumetric capacity in comparison to R407C, a reduction of the system size is possible by using R410A.
