Summary

The aim of this study was to present selected aspects of consumer behaviour with respect to the frozen food market. The size of the consumer group and the frequency of consumption were presented on the basis of consumption levels of frozen vegetables, fruits, fried potatoes, pizzas and ready meals. In the last part of this study, analysis of factors influencing the choice of a particular category of frozen food is presented.
