Summary

The aim of this thesis was to analyse and to meet in practice current requirements on safety and quality assurance in the collection, processing and cryopreservation of cells and tissues. The study was limited to safety assurance in manufacturing cryopreserved, i.e. viable cell and tissues grafts that cannot be terminally sterilized. The study contains a 2-page English summary.
