THE PAPER INTRODUCES RECENT TRENDS IN CHILLED JUICES IN RELATION TO THE PRODUCTION DEVELOPMENT AND QUALITY DURING STORAGE AT DIFFERENT TEMPERATURES. THE QUALITY OF CHILLED JUICE PACKED INTO POLYETHYLENE LAMINATED CARTONS WAS EVALUATED BY LOSS OF D-LIMONENE, L-ASCORBIC ACID RETENTION AND BROWNING CHANGE.
