Summary
This report has been prepared under guidance of the Ministry of Waters, Forest and Environmental Protection of Romania, which is the lead agency in ODS phaseout in Romania. It has two objectives, the provision of an overview of the current situation in Romania with respect to ODS production and consumption, as well as an outline of the ODS phaseout strategy, including the Action Plan endorsed by the Romanian Government.
