Critical current density and microstructure of Zr doped SmBa2Cu3O(7-delta) filaments.
Author(s) : BAN E., IKEBE Y., MATSUOKA Y., et al.
Summary
Filamentary Sm123 superconductors with Zr prepared by a solution spinning method were partially melted in a reduced oxygen partial pressure. It was found that Zr doping was effective in increasing the irreversibility field and decreasing the size of Sm211 particles in the Sm123 phase.
