Cryochemistry. Acceleration of triglycine acetylation in frozen solution.
Author(s) : VAJDA T.
Type of article: Article
Summary
A rate increase of the triglycine acetylation by 4-nitrophenyl acetate (PNPA) has been shown in frozen water and dioxane-water (75% v/v) solutions as compared to the undercooled ones. The role of ice and frozen dioxane in the rate acceleration of different extent is discussed.
