Summary
Existing complexes for manufacturing CO2 consist of a plant for the extraction of CO2 from the flue gas by absorption-desorption and the CO2 refrigerating system for manufacturing CO2 in any condensed condition. The analysis shows that these complexes require extensive modernization. The effective improvement of two basic plants (the absorption-desorption unit and the CO2 refrigerating system) are considered in the article.
