Summary
IN ORDER TO DECREASE THE ENERGY CONSUMPTION OF FREEZERSAND TO INCREASE THEIR EFFICIENCY, A METHOD WAS ELABORATED FOR REDUCING THE ADHESION BETWEEN COMMODITIES DURING FREEZING, BASED ON THE USE OF A BOILING TEMPERATURE DECREASED TO 233 K (-40 DEG C) AND THE SURFACE PREFREEZING OF BLOCKS OF PRODUCTS. THE SUGGESTED METHOD IS COMPARED WITH OTHERS.
