Development of a complex heat pump unit.
[In Chinese. / En chinois.]
Author(s) : YAN T.
Type of article: Article
Summary
The author was taken into account the climatic features of the Yangtze River Basin and the area south of it in order to develop a complex heat pump unit. Its condenser is composed of finned and smooth tubes in series, characterising both air and evaporative cooling modes. The article presents the configuration and operating principles of the unit, analyses its technical and economic characteristics and compares its energy efficiency with that of air-cooled-only heat pump units. It also considers that the former possesses a greater market potential. A sample unit has operated through summer and winter seasons showing good energy savings.
