Type of article: Article
Summary
The purpose of the paper is to obtain the basic data for the design of the pressure cooling system. The effects of stacking arrangements, the porosity of container and the ratio of channel width on the resistance to air flow were measured. Results are given. On the consideration of the energy for air flow, the U-shaped stack is of great advantage compared with the rectangular stack.
