Summary

The aim of this diagram is to evaluate circuits and distribution practitioners' contributions in the fresh fruit and vegetable sector in France. Various public and parapublic sources of separately collected statistics have been used and on a separate basis. This method has made it possible to describe the entire fruit and vegetable production/distribution sector in France, along with "external" relations: imports, exports and processing.
