Summary

Pre-packaging of fresh fruits and vegetables allows a segmentation of the offer which, to date, is far from being unanimously accepted. For example, ripe, ready-to-eat fruits packaged in a protective tray are not well known and inspire distrust. And yet, these products have convinced some categories of consumers, who acknowledge their superior quality.
