Summary

Imported fresh vegetables are either distributed through wholesale markets or sold directly to supermarkets and so on, even though those ratios vary by kinds of vegetables. In order to supply increasing imported fresh vegetables all over the country, recently the amount going through wholesale markets has increased. Imported frozen vegetables are mainly distributed from trading or frozen food companies to food service chains or supermarkets.
