Summary
The system involves the adsorption of water vapour from ambient air and simultaneous adsorbent regeneration and water vapour condensation. In order to improve the efficiency, a new composite material of silica gel and calcium chloride is prepared; the water vapour adsorption on this adsorbent is studied, and the effect of relative humidity and the content of calcium chloride on the amount of water vapour adsorption are considered.
