Summary

CHILLED MEALS DELIVERIES REQUIRE SPECIAL COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT OF HIGHLY EFFICIENT THERMAL INSULATION AND INTENSE AIR CIRCULATION. THE REFRIGERATION UNIT MUST BE ABLE TO MAINTAIN A HIGH RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND EVEN TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION IN THE SPACE OF THE CHILLER AND IT MUST WITHSTAND HIGH TEMPERATURES EXISTING IN LARGE KITCHENS. REQUIRED CHILLING RATES ACCORDING TO CZECHOSLOVAKIAN, GERMAN (FRG) AND FRENCH RECOMMENDATIONS AND STANDARDS ARE GIVEN.
