This atlas is a directory providing a great deal of useful information on refrigerated storage and refrigeration logistics on a Pan-European scale (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom). Besides information on how ECSLA operates, a member list and a summary of major European trends in the cold-storage field in 1999, this atlas gives the contact details of over 600 cold-storage firms. It also gives figures on the total storage capacity of cold stores, the number of pallets that can be stored, the refrigerating capacity, the types of packaging used and various services available.
