THE AA. DESCRIBE A DEVICE, WITH ITS MAIN CHARACTERISTICS, IN ORDER TO STUDY THIS EFFECT ON THE INTENSIFICATION OF COOLING PROCESSES. THIS DEVICE MAKES IT POSSIBLE TO STUDY FREEZING IN THE LOWEST TEMPERATURE RANGES 253 TO 223 K (-20 TO -50C) WITH AIR VELOCITIES OF 2.5 M/S. THE PURPOSES OF THE VARIOUS SERIES OF TESTS CARRIED OUT ARE REPORTED AND THE RESULTS ARE GIVEN IN DIAGRAMS. ALL INTERESTING RESULTS ARE DISCUSSED. R.R.
