Summary

The data obtained showed that following cryopreservation some part of CFUs temporarily lose the ability for homing and proliferation in hemopoietic microenvironment of recipients. A significant decrease in proliferative activity of cryopreserved cells, manifested particularly in CFUs, was observed in spleen. CFUs demonstrate these changes after homing, ie being capable of homing, these cells for some time lose the ability for proliferation.
