Summary
Hawthorn (Crataegus sp.) cv. Changko fruits were irradiated with different doses of gamma radiation. Fruits irradiated at 0.25-0.65 kilogray stored well for 230 days. No effects on sugar, acid or ascorbic acid contents were observed.
