Summary

The impurity and Coulomb screening effect on electron inelastic light scattering in normal metal and superconductor are analyzed. Unlike scattering in a pure metal, the Coulomb screening plays no essential role. Impurities, which do not change the threshold value of the frequency shift, influence on the cross-section near the threshold as well as for the large values of frequency.
