Summary

RESULTS ARE PRESENTED OF MEASUREMENTS OF THE THERMO E.M.F. COEFFICIENT AND CONDUCTIVITY OF THIS P-TYPE NONDEGENERATE MAGNETIC SEMICONDUCTOR IN THE 4.2 TO 300 K TEMPERATURE RANGE. IT IS DEMONSTRATED THAT AT LOW TEMPERATURES THE CONDUCTIVITY CHANGES FROM THE P-TO N-TYPE, THE CONDUCTIVITY BECOMING OF A METALLIC NATURE. THE BAND STRUCTURE AND ITS ALTERATION ON FERROMAGNETIC ORDERING ARE DISCUSSED.
