Author(s) : WLOSEWICZ D.

Type of article: Article

Summary

HEAT CONDUCTIVITY AND ELECTRIC RESISTANCE FOR PURE BRASS SAMPLES AND FOR INDUSTRY-PURITY ONES WERE MEASURED IN THE TEMPERATURE RANGE OF 4.2 TO 300 K. ATTEMPTS OF VARIOUS SEPARATION METHODS OF NET AND ELECTRIC COMPONENTS OF THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY ARE DESCRIBED AND AN ANALYSIS OF MICROSCOPIC MECHANISMS OF THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY OF BRASS SAMPLES IS GIVEN. THE POSSIBILITY IS SHOWN OF USING THE PRINCIPLE OF CORRESPONDING STATES TO THE NET COMPONENT OF HEAT CONDUCTIVITY.
