Summary
Progressive flow is a simple effective method of protection which combines the advantages of an air curtain and laminar flow. It was developed by Cemagref in Rennes, France, within the framework of the UNIR (Ultra-propre Nutrition Industrie Recherche [Industrial Research in the field of Ultra-Clean Nutrition]).
