Author(s) : OCHOA J., DEGANO C., AYRAULT G., ALONSO M. E.
Summary
Fruits were held at 5 deg C and 85% humidity for 30 days. The fruits cut with scissors, brushed and protected with pure wax were the best conserved during this period. The rest of the treatments showed different degrees of dehydration and pathogen attack, reducing their commercial quality.
