Experimental analysis of R407C flow through short tube orifices: oil contamination effects.

Summary
The paper evaluates the flow of a R407C-oil mixture through short tube orifices. For this purpose, an experimental apparatus was erected to control and measure flow conditions across the expansion device. The experimental data, presented in the paper for R407C and oil mixtures, covers oil concentrations up to 2.3% (wider range than former works). Results showed clearly the trends of mass flow rate for various oil concentrations and are presented in graphical form.
