Summary
The article describes tests done on a test rig on the performance of a compressor using eight HFC blends to substitute for R22, R403B and R502, placed in similar conditions for a temperature scale that is valid in refrigerated transport. As a comparison, tests were also done on propane, in spite of its limited applications in refrigerated transport because of its flammability.
