Summary

The fruits were stored for up to 30 days at 10 °C or longer storage periods and the use of low-density polyethylene film and potassium permanganate was efficient. Storage at 0 plus or minus 0.5 °C and 90 plus or minus 5% relative humidity was not efficient for the preservation of kaki fruits.
