Summary

This thesis concerns the heat transfer and pressure drop of two chlorine-free refrigerants, HFC-134a and HFC-152a. The heat transfer of these are compared to experimental results from tests with HCFC-22. It also contains an investigation of the effect of different ester based oils in flow boiling of HFC-134a. The results are compared to existing correlations.
