This thesis describes some of the occurring phenomena when zeotropic refrigerant mixtures are used in ordinary refrigeration systems and in heat pumps. The experimental investigation is divided in two parts: zeotropic refrigerant mixtures in systems; and flow boiling with zeotropic refrigerant mixtures.
