Summary
Sweet cherries, cv. Lapins, from several sources, were stored in different kinds of containers in controlled atmosphere storage, with O2 at 2 or 21% and CO2 at 0-40%, at 1 deg C for up to 5 weeks. Fruit taste was little affected by the different storage conditions but plastic containers gave the best results.
