Summary
The effect of CO2 concentration (10, 20 or 30%) on the quality of strawberry fruits following low temperature (2 deg C) storage for 3 weeks was investigated. It was concluded that fruits, sealed in 1 millimeter polyethylene film, should be stored in CO2 at 10-20%.
