TEST RESULTS OF THE COLD STORAGE OF EWE'S MILK CHEESE FROZEN TO -15 OR -25 DEG C. THEIR COMPOSITION IS NOT CHANGED DURING FOUR MONTH STORAGE, BUT A DETERIORATION OF THEIR TEXTURE, THEIR ODOUR AND THEIR FLAVOUR IS OBSERVED.
