THE INITIAL PROJECT WITH FRESH FILLETS SHOWED THAT PROVIDED QUALITY, FROM LANDING TO POINT OF SALE, COULD BE ASSURED, DEMAND FOR SEAFOOD WOULD INCREASE. THIS STUDY GIVES THE RESULTS OF A STUDY OF MARKETS AND PUBLIC REACTION TO FROZEN FILLETS OF ASSURED US GRADE A QUALITY. SUBJECT TO RECOMMENDATIONS IT SEEMS POSSIBLE TO EXPLOIT THE POTENTIAL OFFERED BY THE FROZEN FISH MARKET IN THE UNITED STATES. C.R.F.
